[Privacy Notice: Collection and Use of Personal Information]
1. Items Collected: Email address, TikTok Handle / Profile URL and Submitted video URL. (For winners only: Name, Shipping Address, Contact Number, and a copy of Identification (ID) will be additionally collected).
2. Purpose of Collection: To verify event eligibility, select and notify winners, process prize delivery, handle applicable taxes/duties, and address user inquiries.
3. Retention & Use Period: Retained for three (3) months following the conclusion of the event, after which all data will be permanently and securely destroyed (except where retention is required by applicable laws).
4. Data Storage and Global Processing:
- Storage Location (Hosting): United States (AWS Cloud Server located in Oregon, USA)
- Data Controller: Samyang Foods Inc. (Data is stored on Oregon, USA)
- Method of Storage & Processing: Data is securely transmitted and stored in real-time on the US-based server upon submission, and managed via the Company's global administration system.
- Purpose: Infrastructure management of the global https://burn.buldak.com, event website, and secure storage/handling of global participant data.

※ Third-Party Data Processing: To ensure seamless prize delivery and event operations, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information to a third-party agency 'Jellablue'.
[Official Event Rules & General Terms]
1. Ownership of the copyright to the submitted video remains with the participant. However, by entering this event, the participant grants the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the video content on https://burn.buldak.com, https://buldak.com and the Company's official social media channels for marketing and promotional purposes.
2. The participant guarantees that the submitted video content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity (portrait rights), or any other intellectual property rights of any third party. The participant shall bear sole legal responsibility for any disputes arising from a breach of this warranty.
3. Event prizes may be substituted with items of similar value depending on the Company's internal circumstances, subject to prior notice.
4. Winner announcements will be posted collectively on the Burn.Buldak.com notice "Hall of Flame". In addition, individual notifications will be sent to winners by email, so please check your inbox and spam/junk folder regularly. The prizes will be shipped sequentially after the announcement.
5. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, the Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the event early, provided that prior notice is posted on the website.
6. Agreement to the mandatory collection, use, and cross-border transfer of personal information, as well as the video licensing terms, is required to enter this event. Failure to agree will restrict you from participating. However, you may refuse to consent to receiving separate optional marketing updates without any negative impact on your event entry or chances of winning.
7. Unless caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be held liable for any issues, losses, or delivery failures resulting from participant data entry errors, including but not limited to failure to receive winner notifications due to misspelled email addresses.
8. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash or other substitutes.
9. Any local withholding taxes or duties incurred from the prize will be covered by the Company. However, if the required documentation for tax processing (e.g., a copy of a valid ID) is not submitted within the specified deadline, the prize win will be automatically forfeited.
